Satisfaction with your Service, Product or Program is important to us. Due to the time, effort & preparation that go into creating and/or providing our Services, Products, Programs, as well as, the Program Material, we have a strict refund policy. Much of our content is digital and therefore, a lengthy refund policy could result in the theft of our Intellectual Property/material.
Unless otherwise provided by law or in writing on the sales page, you acknowledge that we do not offer refunds for any portion of your payment for any of our Masterminds or 1:1 coaching services. In addition, no refunds will be provided to you, unless you can satisfy this condition: You must submit evidence in writing with samples that you’ve completed the course modules and illustrate that after you have done the work and made every effort, the instructions/ methods haven’t worked for you. This applies to any of our Academy Courses, Memberships or any medium that is provided in a digital manner. There are no refunds (and no exceptions) on Memberships, masterminds, Academy, or 1:1 coaching. Unless otherwise provided by law, in regards, to Physical/Packaged products, you acknowledge that there is a 14 day, return policy. If opened, there is a 20% restocking fee. Physical/Packaged products must contain ALL original items/packaging upon return and the customer is responsible for return shipping or no refund will be granted.
